I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor living by the seaside and working online. Since gaining my qualifications in 2016 I have been specialising in Trauma Recovery, Anxiety Disorders and Nervous System Regulation for Mental Health.
Together we go on a journey to understanding your mental health and working towards self regulation, recovery, healing, self development and self care.

Online therapy is the modern way to enjoy your counselling sessions from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a reliable WiFi connection and a space your are comfortable talking in. This can be your home, a meeting room, your car, quiet outdoors spot, anywhere you are alone and free to talk openly.

Therapy Bundles For You
Cancellation and Missed Session Policy

Before booking any sessions, please take a read of my cancellation policy and feel free to ask me any questions.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure you provide 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session price. If you do not attend your session and provide no notice,
a full payment for the session will be required, before re-booking.
​
If you opt for a bundle of sessions, please note that once the payment has been made and the first session has been attended, all bundles are non refundable, so please think carefully before committing. You will be able to pause your bundle and redeem the sessions up to a year later OR offer them to someone else in your household.
