Service Description

This class will help you to support your meditation practise as well as regulate and relax your nervous system to reduce anxiety and stress. By combining breath work with mindfulness meditation and guided visualisations you can enjoy relaxation on a physical, emotional and mental level, essential for the healthy functioning of mind and body. Some find your comfy space, grab a blanket and join me as we relax into 45 minutes of total you time.
