Come and join us in a safe space to discuss your experience of realising that life could be better outside of your relationship & what that means for you. Maybe you've made this decision & you're struggling to navigate the emotions & reality of this, or maybe you are just at the start of this journey. As women we are often conditioned to be grateful for the bear minimum when it comes to relationships as well as being taught from a young age to exist to serve others and not ourselves. This combined makes it very difficult for us to feel comfortable putting our needs and wants first. In our first women's circle we will create space to discuss these ideas, support one another and enjoy some gentle breathwork to give back to ourselves.
