Service Description

A morning of beautifully blended wellness experiences designed to help you rest, regulate and release winter as we move into spring. Beginner friendly and informal style, all welcome! Included in the morning: - A opening and grounding meditation and ritual - Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Visualisation - Guided breath work for nervous system regulation - Mini workshop on nervous system, emotional and mental health - A restorative Yin Yoga class - A printable/downloadable guide for the morning to journal and self reflect with - A recording of a guided meditation to keep and use for your self care practise
